The Top 5 Amenities requested by Apartment seekers in Texas are:
1. Washer/Dryer connection or Washer/Dryer Machines
2. Gated complex
3. Garage or Carport
4. Fitness Facility
5. Fireplace
Pool and Tennis courts are also requested but not as much as the Top 5. Makes you wonder why a Pool wouldn't be a request more than a Fireplace; perhaps it is because most of my clients take a pool for granted.
